Over 400 Years of History
Venerable Spanish architecture abounds throughout a property that is beautifully furnished and perfectly decorated to reflect the history of such a special place. Although the majority buildings are "only" about 120 years old, some are much older. (The Saiz family has called Pinos Altos home since at least the 16th century.) Outside, fast flying partridge are a challenge for even the most experienced wing shooter, yet the abundance of birds ensures everyone’s bag is full.
